My June Bookshelf Recap

Hello Book Besties,

June felt like the official kick off of summer and while I'm a winter girl at heart, I do love opening the windows for a nice breeze, curling up on the couch, and letting the sun shine in while reading a new book!

In summer the song sings itself above the muffled words.” - William Carlos Williams

We also spent the month celebrating Pride, which is always fun, especially as an ally who loves learning about all the ways I can show my support! And truly any chance I get to celebrate my friends is always one I will take! I can make any moment into a gift giving occasion...

And the cherry on top of a fabulous month: I hit 1K followers on Instagram! Wow! It's crazy to think that there are over a thousand people who liked my content and reviews enough to come along for the ride. I appreciate all of you more than words could ever say! Life's been a little crazy lately, but hopefully I can put together a book giveaway in July to celebrate the milestone with all of you!

And now, let's dive into my June book shelf!

I read seven books in June and this might be my favorite month so far. Not only did I get some great new titles and authors added to my favs, but I also got the chance to chat with so many of you about what I was reading! Call it an unprompted buddy read, if you will.
